Levels Beyond Emphasizes Client Commitment with Hire of VP of Operations and Director of Client Experience

Denver, Colo,  October 29th, 2020 | Levels Beyond announced the appointment of Michael Stock as Vice President of Operations, and the promotion of Kerry Booth to a newly created role – Director of Client Experience. These moves reinforce a commitment by Levels Beyond leadership to place customer needs at the forefront of the business.

With over 20 years of experience managing high-touch portfolios and optimizing complex processes with international firms including Accenture and TriZetto/Cognizant, Michael brings a global lens to Levels Beyond’s operations team and an acute focus on working closely with customers to deliver best-in-class service.

In the newly created Director of Client Experience role, Kerry will be working across all functions of Levels Beyond to bring the voice of the customer front and center on efforts ranging from feature development and support to account strategy, resulting in greater customer engagement across the Reach Engine customer portfolio.

Ms. Booth brings over 10 years of experience with REACH ENGINE delivering first-class service and solutions to customers across the sports, media and corporate studio verticals. Working with global brands from content creation to distribution in the sports and entertainment markets, Kerry has a wide range of experiences that speak to the Reach Engine customer base.
