The makers of the Reach Engine platform leave their home of 8 years for more downtown real estate.

DENVER, CO (February 21, 2018) – Levels Beyond, creators of the Reach Engine intelligent content inventory platform that enables and supports the entire asset lifecycle, is pulling up stakes at its original location in the booming River North Art District of Denver, and resettling on the 24th floor of a high-rise building downtown at 1660 Lincoln.

“It was fun being one of the original tech startups in RiNo just a couple blocks north of Coors Field when nothing much else was here,” said Levels Beyond CEO Art Raymond. “We’ve had a front row seat for watching the area rapidly develop into the hot market it is today. When the owners of the building we’ve been leasing from decided to sell, we started looking at other options.”

The Levels Beyond team of 70+ is excited about settling into their new office location near 17th and Lincoln Street on March 1st.

1660 Lincoln

Bill Forgione, Levels Beyond Director of Human Resources, says “This puts the company right in the midst of the Downtown Denver Tech resurgence as many smaller, growing tech companies are moving into this area. We are at the epicenter of public and pedestrian transportation and in the midst of lots of downtown Denver and 16th Street Mall renovation plans.”

With the anticipated need of hiring up to 30 more employees over the next few years, 1660 Lincoln Street provides more space and room to grow.
