CLIENT SOLUTION EXECUTIVE
 

Levels Beyond (LB) is seeking a talented Client Solution Executive (CSE) to join its growing organization and manage the overall relationship for key clients within the US and in some cases internationally.

Client Solution Executives play an integral role in the delivery and growth of our client base, being tasked with accountability for LB solution definition, delivery and business expansion within their assigned accounts.  This includes ownership for top and bottom line targets, and being able to sell new service offerings and solutions to our client base.  At Levels Beyond, the CSE role further includes a Solution Architect component, in which the CSE will help work with the client and the LB teams to craft strategic solutions and approaches for a client utilizing their knowledge of the Reach Engine (RE - LB’s proprietary SaaS) solution and the media industry.  The ideal candidate will have data analysis, process/business management or similar Software expertise.  This is an exciting,  fast paced, client centric position that is front-line and critical to the growth and success of Levels Beyond

 Client Solution Executives are responsible for:

  • Establishing and managing the client relationship with key decision makers.
  • Establishing and building "trust" and leveraging client context by understanding client's overall business goals, creating a value based business relationship.
  • Positioning LB as a Strategic solutions partner and identifying avenues for LB to implement solutions.
  • Overall account owner to include work quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing Account and Project requirements and resources to achieve client goals.
  • Technology leader serving as the key technical stakeholder/leader on the Project Delivery Teams, identifying system, infrastructure and project interdependencies.
  • Contributing to new business development efforts and facilitating those offerings.
  • Proposing, scoping and presenting solutions that reflects the Client needs and value requirements.
  • Negotiate business contracts and costs with clients as needed, including renewals.
  • Develop account strategies, including risk assessment and mitigation, managing client P/L.
  • Assist as sales overlay for new client logo sales, providing product, solution and industry expertise. Lead and perform discovery to understand client business needs/requirements.
  • Constantly consider new ways of operating by staying up to date on the latest business, industry  and technological trends - actively adapting priorities and actions to improve work and process flows.
  • Interface with the Engineering and Product teams to drive product innovations and represent client requests, with the goal to develop a more robust and innovative core product.
  • Working with Levels Beyond technology partners to identify high value integrations to meet customer and company objectives.

The Client Solution Executive should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. Must bring top-notch consulting /relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of solutions/software/IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions. The Client Solution Executive will be held accountable against Measurable P/L and delivery goals within set timelines.

In addition, the qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a client facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm.
  • Current/prior top tier consulting experience including team facilitation, business case and solution. development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and business process evaluation and redesign.
  • Systems implementation skills including reqs/process analysis, concept and detailed design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in the global service delivery model.
  • Past experience managing a client P&L including reporting and metric assessment for the account.
  • 4-7 years of experience in providing successful solutions for clients most preferably in the Media and Entertainment, Publishing or Digital Media verticals.
  • Strong background in a multi-parallel project environment and application development.
  • Strong player, developing strategies and solutions in tandem with the LB team and client.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively communicate. (internally and externally)  technical concepts to a wide audience with varying degrees of tech acumen - enabling non domain-expert understanding.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent, some of our best have degrees or education in other, non-related fields and are rock stars.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise hardware and software and their benefits in digital media workflows.
  • Experience with technical integration, scripting, and coding.
  • Some software development background and/or experience working for a software or technology company.
  • Must be able to travel nationally (with international potential), up to 25%, providing on-site consulting work to clients. 
  • Experience working in a startup or start-up like environment.
